The firm was founded by Yom Tov Yakar in 1993. With over thirty years of professional and managerial experience, Yom Tov brings extensive expertise across a wide range of specialties. The firm serves small, medium, and large clients from the private, public, governmental, and municipal sectors. Its work includes, among other areas, forensic audits for private companies, audits of public entities and nonprofit organizations, audits on behalf of the State Comptroller and local authorities under the Ministry of the Interior’s Audit Department, and representation before the Chief Scientist’s Office, the Investment Center, investors, and the banking system. Additional services include the preparation of business plans, client support in dealings with tax authorities, voluntary disclosure processes, and tax planning. Yom Tov joined the Alliott Global Israel group in 2016.

Yom Tov Yakar, CPA

Certified Public Accountant since 1993. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the College of Management.

Yom Tov has served as a supervising comptroller for local authorities and as the national coordinator of supervising comptrollers on behalf of the Ministry of the Interior’s Department for Local Government. In addition, he served as an appointed council member in a local authority.
