The firm was founded in 1990 by Uri Beeri, CPA (LL.B), following his internship at the Israel Securities Authority, driven by a passion for people and the world of business entrepreneurship. Over the years, the firm has specialized in the economic and business aspects of companies and provides services to both in-house and external clients seeking professional consultation. The firm’s clients include public companies, government ministries, private companies, local authorities, nonprofits, NGOs, and licensed and exempt businesses. Beeri & Co. is staffed by a dedicated and skilled professional team of approximately 15 employees, each with a high level of expertise and relevant education in the firm’s practice areas. In addition to managing the firm, Uri serves as Chair of Alliott Global Israel, Vice President of the Israeli Chamber of Independent Professionals, and holds various positions within the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel, including Co-Chair of the Tel Aviv District Committee, member of the Central Committee, and Chair of the Eilat Conference.

In previous terms, he served as Chair of the Income Tax and VAT Liaison Committee and Chair of the Committee for Small and Medium Businesses.

Uri lectures in the fields of accounting, nonprofits, finance, and financial statement analysis, and acts as a professional advisor to the IDF retirement department on matters of business entrepreneurship.
