Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with honors from Tel Aviv University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the Technion. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature and in Sociology and Anthropology with honors from the University of Haifa.
Lena completed her accounting internship at BDO Ziv Haft in the professional department, with a focus on IPOs on NASDAQ and US GAAP. She also worked in the firm’s economic department, specializing in the valuation of startup companies.
A serial entrepreneur with a proven track record in founding, managing, and exiting successful startups, Lena brings a unique perspective on the real needs of entrepreneurs and finance teams operating under growth and pressure.
She founded Polytouch Medical, which was acquired by Covidien in 2011. In addition, she founded Via Surgical and served as its CEO until control was transferred in June 2022 to the Olive Tree venture capital fund.

He completed his accounting internship at EY in Tel Aviv and his legal internship at the Ministry of Justice, serving under the Official Receiver.
Ron brings extensive experience from his years as an assessing officer at the Israel Tax Authority, where he handled complex corporate and individual cases. He served as an income tax inspector for seven years.
